Developing and deploying company-specific business learning games for 2 new internal change programs, i.e. focusing on self-guiding teams and leadership culture. Development of internal game design skills for the team of internal trainers.
Trainers’ team divided into 2 groups and in-company , organized the masterclass business game designer. Each group has worked on the design of 2 prototypes. For each program, 1 game to explain the “why”(awareness). The other to learn the ‘how’ (knowledge and skills).
- Gained “game designer” competence for 8 internal trainers;
- 4 prototypes of games that will be developed further within the company;
- Wider support within the organization for the concept of learning by play.
