Training the sales skills of consultants and branch managers. An endless round of traditional training courses leads to fatigue. The brief of Game Based Learning is to formulate a response to this and to re-build the enthusiasm for sales training.
The approach is one of Game Based Training. A combination of a Business Learning Game and a more traditional training setting conducted by an expert in the field. The kick-off is with part 1 of the business game Sales Cup. Subsequently, three topics are explored in more depth, to conclude with part 2 of the game.
