Challenge
Making sure that the entire HR department acquires the necessary basic knowledge in respect of gamification of learning, in other words, game based learning.
Approach
In-company organization of the Way2Play workshop “Introduction to Inperson Game Based Learning” which, in half a day, imparts the essentials in a fun and playful manner by means of the nine-step process of Way2Play and the Way2Play game design card deck.
It is the objective of the client to introduce the organization to this methodology in an accessible manner.
Result
- All of the participants report a spectacular result in only half a day whereby they have gained insight and knowledge into the key benefits, the process, the types of players and the game elements.
- All of the participants receive a card desk as a take-away.
- The client reports a change in the internal learning and development approach whereby fun and games are no longer viewed as marginal, but instead take up an increasingly prominent place in the L&D approach within the academy.
