In the context of a sneak preview training concept, building skills in an innovative and surprising way focusing on ‘challenging communications’ with customers: dealing with angry and emotional customers, communicating difficult messages, how do I say no in a customer-friendly way? The aim is for the participants to be surprised, to gain the required skills and leave with a boost.
Business learning game Fire A-way in several half-day sessions with groups of 15. Training intensively to gain the skills required. In half a day, each participant conducts between 6 and 10 cases and receives instant feedback.
