To make the “Welcome Day” in the onboarding trajectory more interactive, dynamic and fun. Transition of a day with a classic format of various speakers and presentations. The objective is to raise the satisfaction level of the participants from neutral (7-8) to the promotor level (9-10).
The number of participants must be flexible and allow for upscaling to 25 people.
Tailor-made development of the entire day built around one specific game concept and divided over 4 rounds: values, strategy, organization and ambassadorship. After each round the teams are re-allocated to heighten the connection and community feeling amongst the participants. The day kicks off with “Konato”, a ‘getting to know you game’ developed by Way2Play.
