The trajectory starts with a kick-off with the following objectives: getting to know one another and building a community with the group, gain much knowledge and lots of practice around the most important theme within the organization: the customer. A session that builds fun and energy for the remainder of the program.

Via the Certified Train The Trainer trajectory, to train as well as certify the internal team of trainers to facilitate the business game Customer Drive as well as all other business games from Way2Play within the company.
- The trainers have the capability to facilitate the business game Customer Drive within the company.
- The trainers have all the skills necessary to facilitate all the other Way2Play games within the company.
- The trainers are granted access to the trainer portal where they can download all of the documentation required.
