Recreational park management
An interactive and playful education about the values of the organization aimed at a diverse target group from counter staff to cleaning assistants to the lifeguards at the pools.
The game must establish a connection between the various groups of employees.
The session must be suitable for deployment both to employees in the onboarding trajectory and to existing members of staff.
Development of a ½ day tailor-made game based on the “Cup” formula as well as the very specific look and feel of the environment. Predominantly that of a water park.
- Participants clearly indicate that the values are internalized better as they are really ‘lived through’ during the game
- An extra ‘library’ provides sufficient variety and adjustment for each level, so the game can be used for new employees with little knowledge of the job as well as for the more experienced members of staff.
