Challenge
An interactive workshop of half a day maximum that must be facilitated by the business managers. The workshop must be rolled out to all of the 2000 employees, both factory operatives and office staff. The objective of the workshop is to get to know the values, to experience them and to remember them. Using traditional methods the client was faced with a bottleneck of groups of 10 to 15 participants maximum to retain the interactivity.
Approach
Development of a tailor-made game of half a day based on the ‘Cup’ format that was able to target as many as 30 participants with a strong interaction and intensity. The game was developed in such a way that the managers did not require much training time to be able to facilitate the game in a high-quality and ‘safe’ manner.
Result
- Doubling the number of participants per session (from 15 to 30) had a major and positive impact on the cost of logistics and time investment from the managers.
- Participants report a far more positive experience and a better learning result.
- Play and fun contribute to a safe learning environment and moreover, create a connective effect within participants and management.
