You want to start making your own business games?
You want to acquire this competence for yourself?
As an organization, you want to bring this competence in-house? You can!

In our three-day ‘Business Game Designer Masterclass’ program you will receive the basic principles and the tools that allow you to get up-to-scratch yourself with business games and gamification.
After day 3 you’ll not only go home as a brand new business game designer and with a more robust CV, but you’ll also take with you the prototype of your very own first business game.
This unique and innovative competence paired with your first business game will start adding value straight away, for yourself and/or your organization. Learning, motivating and changing becomes more enjoyable, efficient and effective!
This program is aimed at trainers, L&D managers, training designers, those in a managing position, project managers and change managers that want to use business learning games and gamification in their own training sessions and for their teams and (change) projects.
At the conclusion of this training program each participant receives the Way2Play business game designer card deck© and he or she will be granted access to the Way2play trainer and designer community.

Program
Contents of Day 1
We use our introductory game to get to know each other before playing “Treasure Island” together. A learning game that lets you discover the essentials of game based learning.
In small teams we then start designing a first game with the help of the Way2play business game design process© and the Way2Play business game designer card deck©.
Contents of Day 2
Each participant sets to work with the business game that he/she wishes to produce. Feedback, suggestions for improvement, test situations, etc. are all covered in this day.
At the end of the day the participants will take home far more than a blueprint of their business game. This also serves as homework, e.g. fill out further details of the game so it can be played for the first time on day 3.
Contents of Day 3
Playtime! The final result of all the efforts is presented as well as played. The facilitator and the other participants give feedback and provide suggestions forimprovement one last time. The games grow in robustness. The award for most promising game is handed out and then duly celebrated.
