Chip Factory has been incorporated into the leadership trajectory at Carrefour;in fact, this Business Game represents the closing element of this particular path.The participants have already accomplished several other training courses on the theme of leadership and now, by means of Chip Factory, they can practice the skills they have learnt in a fun and hyperactive way.
In other words: an impactful and memorable closing stage of the management program.
From next year onwards the Chip Factory training day will be obligatory which is why it made sense to make a long-term investment. Carrefour was introduced to Way2Play at one of the demo sessions and decided to enroll some of their internal trainers in the Train the Trainer course. This means that the trainers will be able to facilitate each and every Way2Play Business Games independently.
Apart from the structure of the Chip Factory business game, it was very interesting to gain an understanding of the various types of players and playing options afforded by the game.
